SAML Migration to Azure

As part of our ongoing migration to Azure, we are migrating the SAML service to Azure on Wednesday, April 10th, 2019. Depending on security settings at your facility, it may be necessary to whitelist the IP addresses used by the SAML service to avoid any disruption. IP addresses that need to be whitelisted are 13.65.198.71 and 98.129.130.136.

IMPORTANT! - This infrastructure change impacts all customers regardless of whether your data is hosted in the US or UK data center environment. Contact your Account Manager for additional information. 

The IT personnel responsible for managing your network should be contacted to confirm whether IP whitelisting is required for your site. Once completed, the migration of the SAML service infrastructure should have no impact on customer availability or operations.
