When intelligent sensors are integrated with iOFFICE, you can interact with your space utilization data for your non-reservable and non-occupiable spaces. To help you and your employees get the most out of your sensor data, iOFFICE not only allows you to view this data directly on the Space Desktop but also allows you to view this data directly in the Hummingbird app and Interactive Wayfinding solution. These insights can help you visualize your workplace based on real-time usage, taking the guesswork out of maximizing the workplace experience for your employees.
Using the Hummingbird app or the Interactive Wayfinding solution, you can view your sensor data in real-time. Sensor data can help you identify spaces that are currently occupied, saving time when searching for a space to use. For example, suppose you are searching for a space to make a call using the Interactive Wayfinding panel. Occupied spaces display a red marker, while unoccupied spaces display a green marker. Using these markers, you can quickly locate an unoccupied space to make your phone call.
Note: To enable this view on Wayfinding, go to Admin, click Space, click Device, select the Device, and toggle Sensors to Shown.
Sensor data is only available for customers who license occupancy sensors. Contact your Account Manager for more information.
