Two minor updates have been made to the Mail module and Mail app to help operators completing mail deliveries more efficiently. Refer to the following list for details on these recent updates.
- Display Mail Stop. The mail stop of the package recipient is now displayed on the Mail Item Details screen, allowing operators to quickly identify to location where the package should be delivered.
- Display Package Alerts. If package alerts are defined for a recipient or package on the Package Alerts screen, these alerts are now retained with the mail item, allowing operators to reference the alert prior to delivering the package. Previously, this alert would display one time, reducing the effectiveness of the notification. Now, package alerts display in the Notes field on the Mail Items Details screen.
Package alerts are also retained on the Mail Item Detail screen in the Mail module, allowing operators to reference alerts regardless of whether they are using the app or desktop version of iOFFICE Mail.
