You can now add service requests more efficiently in the Service Request module. Using a new Search field, you can now locate and select a request type directly from the search results. This new option eliminates the need to manually select a category and product when you know the name of the service request type.
To search for a request type, simply enter the name of the request in the Search field displayed in the Request Type section. When you select a request type from the displayed search results, category, product, and request type information is automatically entered for the new request, and you can submit the request using your normal process.
