You can now add photos to a service request directly from the library on your mobile device. Suppose you take photos of damage to a device on the third floor and add a new service request for the device. When you return to your desk on the first floor, you realize that you forgot to add the photos to the ticket. Rather than returning to the third floor to take new pictures, you can simply add the photos using the new From Library option.
