Easily Identify Request Supplies

The Inventory category now displays to the left of each inventory item to help you locate items when adding supplies to request types used in the Service Request module. When assigning supplies to request types, items on the Supplies tab of the Edit Request Type screen are now listed by category, allowing customers with large inventories to identify these items more easily.

Note: The Edit Request Type screen is accessed by selecting Admin → Service Request → Request Types, and then clicking the Edit button corresponding to a request type on the Request Types screen.

By allowing you to confirm both the item name and the item category in the same location, this enhancement reduces the potential that the wrong item is assigned to a request type.
