Service Request Mobile - SAML / SSO

The Service Request Mobile application has a powerful new feature coming soon. It now provides the ability to sign into the application using SAML/Single Sign-On (SSO).

By having the ability to log into Service Request mobile using SAML/SSO, it provides an additional layer of convenience by logging in once and remain logged in without having to enter your credentials even if you restart your phone. We are working hard on bringing SSO to all of our mobile applications.
