Upcoming SFTP Server Change

Note: This post is only important for system administrators at companies with data import processes. If that is not you, don't worry about this!

iOffice is in the midst of replacing our SFTP server with a new instance, so we want to reach out to all of our clients that currently use SFTP authentication for things like data imports, user imports and other imports and exports. In order to give everyone ample time to prepare for this change.

Depending on the configuration, this may require the deletion of the old host key and authorization of the new host key. If the old host key is not removed, an alert will be displayed and the connection may be closed by the client.

Now this change will take place without user intervention on 9/30/2015 at 10:00 P.M. CST. However, if you'd like to make the change before then, please reach out to us, and we can move you over before the cut-off date.

After the transition has been completed, please follow these instructions.

WinSCP Instructions:

https://winscp.net/eng/docs/<wbr/>message_host_key

Linux Instructions:

If you have any questions about this change, please have your technical team reach out to us by calling 713-526-1029, or send an e-mail to support@iofficecorp.com.
