The Service Request App has recently been enhanced. Along with performance enhancements, shortcuts to jump to specific tickets you are now able to receive push notifications to get notifications on your assigned requests.
Note: All updates are available both Android and iOS mobile phones.
Enhanced My Requests
We have updated the layout to the Requests screen to allow you to quickly jump to a specific ticket or filter your views.
Push Notification - Operator
The operator assigned to the request will receive a push notification for the ticket. Once they select the notification, the ticket will automatically open with the option to either accept or decline the request.
