You can now receive package alerts directly on in the Mail App. Previously, the Package Alerts feature was only available in the desktop Mail module. When a package alert was defined on the Package Alerts screen in this module, the alert displayed automatically on the desktop when the package barcode was scanned or entered. Now, these notifications can also display in the Mail App, providing operators with real-time information about important packages directly on their mobile device.
For example, if an alert is defined for a high-value package or a high-priority recipient, the alert displays automatically when the package barcode is scanned in the Mail App, allowing the operator to process the package correctly.
With this enhancement, operators can now identify important packages and adjust priorities in real time, increasing the overall effectiveness of the Package Alerts feature.
