Edit Visitors After Check-In

You can now edit a visitor record after check-in, providing an additional opportunity to add new information or correct inaccuracies. Previously, if a correction was necessary after check-in, you would have to create a new record to update the information. Now, you can click the new Edit Visitor button on the Sign Out tab to update the record at your convenience. 

For example, if the visitor's last name was misspelled during the initial registration, simply click the Edit Visitor button on the Sign Out tab. The Edit Visitor Info section displays, where you can easily correct the misspelling. You can then click the Submit button to save the changes. The updated information is immediately displayed on the screen.
