Add Custom Fields in New Location

To help simplify the main menu for the Admin module, the Customize Site option has relocated. When administrators need to import validation data or update the custom fields for the Copy module, they now select Admin Copy → Customize Fields

 

If you are not currently using the Copy module but maintain custom fields in the Directory or for the Mail, Move, Space, or Visitor module, you now maintain these fields with existing user fields on the Fields screen. To access this screen, select Admin  Users, and then click the User Fields button on the Users screen. The Fields screen displays, where your custom fields can be updated as normal.

 

This enhancement increases consistency in the overall layout of the Admin module, allowing you to maintain fields in a more intuitive location.
