Service requests displayed in the Service Request Mobile App can now be sorted based on your preference. Previously, service requests were sorted on the Queue screen by due date. Using the new sort option, requests can now be sorted by the date the request was created, by the date the request is due, or by the last time the request was updated.
Easily sort requests using new options
