To help you manage your visitor queues more effectively, we have added a search field to the Visitor module. Using this new field, you can now limit the number of records that display on screen using search criteria, simplifying the process of processing visitors as they arrive and check out.
In addition, a new option has been added to the Lobby tab to allow you to easily alert hosts when their visitor has arrived in the lobby. When a visitor record is in Preregister status on the Lobby tab, you can now use the Move to Lobby option to indicate that the visitor has arrived. Simply click the Down Arrow button in the Actions column and select Move to Lobby from the drop-down menu.
When this option is selected, the visitor status is changed to Lobby, and an email is sent to the host indicating their visitor is in the lobby. This new feature provides the host with an immediate notification of their visitor's arrival, streamlining the visitor check-in process and improving the visitor's experience.
