We've redesigned the Asset App to provide you with an improved, streamlined experience as well as a more modern look and feel. Using the updated Asset App, you can locate, view, and make adjustments to assets with ease using your preferred mobile device.

The following features are included with this new App.
Simplified Verification Process
Using a new option on the Asset App Home screen, you can now verify an asset with two simple taps. This new feature eliminates redundant steps in the verification process, allowing you to efficiently verify multiple assets in succession.
To verify an asset, tap the Quickly Verify an Asset button on the Home screen and scan the asset barcode. Asset information displays on screen, allowing you to quickly verify the asset owner or room is correctly entered. If the information is correct, simply tap Verify to complete the verification process.
Seamless Asset Updates
If you want to view additional asset information after scanning an asset barcode, you can tap the Edit button to display the View Asset screen. Using this screen, you can change the location or owner for the asset and verify the asset from a single location.
For example, suppose you are using the Quickly Verify an Asset button to verify an asset, but after scanning the barcode you notice the asset owner needs to be updated. To update the owner information, simply tap the Edit button. The Viewing Asset screen displays. On this screen, tap CHANGE OWNER to access a search field, where the new owner can be selected. Once you search for and select a new owner, the Owner field on the Viewing Asset screen is automatically updated. Tap VERIFY to mark the asset as verified and swipe left to return to the Home screen.
Intuitive Search Functionality
The layout of the search screen has been modernized to provide simple, intuitive search functionality. To access the available search options, simply tap the Search for Assets button on the Home screen. The following options are available to allow you to locate assets using your preferred method.
These options allow you to use the information you have available to access, update, and verify assets at any time, regardless of the asset's location.
Using the simple, responsive features available with the new Asset App, you will be able to manage your assets more efficiently than ever from the convenience of a mobile device. The new App will be available to customers in a few short weeks.
