You can now add notes to mail items after check-in using a new button in the Mail app. Previously, notes could be added to mail items during the check-in process and also during delivery. Now, if an employee needs to add a note to a mail item after check-in, the employee can use the new Add/Edit Note button on the Mail Item Details screen to add or update the Notes field for the item.
Note: The name of this field varies based on whether a note was previously added to the mail item.
