You can now add service requests directly from the OpenSpace App. Using new integration between the OpenSpace App and the Service Request App, you can easily add a service request for a room on an existing reservation. This new feature can help you prepare rooms for reservations with a few intuitive steps, saving you time when a room needs to be cleaned or equipment needs to be added for an upcoming event.
To add a service request ticket for the room associated with your reservation, simply access the reservation in the OpenSpace App, tap the new Create Service Request button, and then tap Create on the confirmation window that displays. The Service Request App displays with location information entered automatically, allowing you to quickly enter additional details and submit the request as normal.
Note: You must specify a request type before the location information is displayed in the Service Request App.
Once the request is submitted, you can easily switch back to the OpenSpace App with a click of a button. This feature allows you to efficiently toggle between the two apps, allowing you to move to the next task with ease.
