You can now integrate your iOFFICE Reservations with Google Calendar. When this integration is enabled, rooms booked in the Reservations module will display directly in Google Calendar, which can help your employees stay on top of their meeting schedules. In addition, any updates made to reservations in iOFFICE are automatically reflected in Google Calendar, reducing the potential for overbooking.
Google Calendar integration can help you and your team stay organized by allowing you to view room bookings and receive event reminders in the calendar most frequently used by you and your employees.
Note: Before you can receive reservation invitations in Google Calendar, integration settings must be defined by your site administrator. For information on defining settings for this integration, contact your Account Manager.
