Add Icons to Request Types

You can now add custom icons to your service request types, allowing users to identify request types more easily when adding new requests in the Hummingbird app. Using this feature, administrators can select an icon for each request type on the Request Types screen in the Admin module.

Note: The Request Types screen is accessed by selecting Admin → Service Request → Request Types from the sidebar.

To select a new icon for a request type, simply click on the icon corresponding to the request type on the Request Types screen. The Icon Picker window displays, where you can search for and select a new icon.

Once icons are defined, the icons display in the Hummingbird app next to the corresponding request types, providing users with an increasingly interactive experience when adding new service requests in the Hummingbird app.
