The iOFFICE application will now automatically check you in for reservations added within 15 minutes of the reservation start time. This new feature eliminates the need to check in for imminent meetings manually, making the process of reserving a space right before using it just a little bit simpler.
For example, at companies using flexible workspaces as opposed to assigned seats, employees may need to reserve their workstation as they arrive on-site. Previously, an employee at one of these facilities would need to first reserve a workspace and then check in for their reservation. Now, so long as the reservation is created within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the employee is checked in for their reservation automatically, increasing efficiency in the booking process.
