Icons defined for service request categories and types will soon display in the Service Request module, allowing employees to identify request types more easily when adding new requests from the desktop version of the application. These new icons allow you to further customize your request types with fun and unique icons matching your company brand, which can help increase employee engagement regardless of whether the employee is adding requests from the Hummingbird app or the Service Request module.
Note: Icons for service request categories, sub-categories, and request types can be added or changed on the Admin → Service Request → Request Types screen.
These icons also display on the Service Request Detail screen, which is accessed by clicking the Prod View button on the Request Queue screen.
