iOFFICE has released a fix for the issue preventing users from signing in to the Mail app from devices running on iOS 13. This update should be applied automatically when you close and restart the app. If restarting the app does not correct the issue, please delete and re-download the Mail app from the App Store.
With this update, you are free to apply iOS 13 updates on devices used to access the Mail app as the app should now behave as expected. For additional assistance, contact support by calling 1-800-505-0224 or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
iOFFICE is aware of an issue that is preventing users from signing in to the Mail app from devices running on iOS 13. We are actively working to correct the compatibility issue; however, iOFFICE customers using the Mail app on iOS are advised to not apply any iOS updates on devices used to access the Mail app until further notice.
