Adjust number of attendees
When using the Condeco Outlook add-in to find a meeting space, the search results display meeting spaces able to accommodate the number of attendees added to the Outlook appointment, plus the host. The number of attendees can be adjusted manually when required.
How to adjust the number of attendees from the Outlook add-in
- If not already open, open your Outlook calendar event and launch the Condeco Outlook add-in. Learn how to start the add-in.
- Click Edit at the top-right of the Condeco Outlook add-in to adjust the number of attendees.
- Adjust the number of attendees by clicking – or +.
- Click Done. The search results refresh and display available meeting spaces able to accommodate the selected number of attendees.
