Change search defaults

By default, meeting spaces suiting the location, group, workspace type, and attributes, set in your favorites are displayed in the search results. To find suitable meeting spaces in an alternative location or group, find a specific workspace type, or select different attributes, edit the search, and refresh the results.

How to change the search defaults

  1. If not already open, open your Outlook calendar event and launch the Condeco Outlook add-in. Learn how to start the add-in.
  2. Click Edit at the top-right of the Condeco Outlook add-in to select a different location or group or select different attributes. Learn how to select attributes.
  3. Edit the selections as required. To set the new selections as the default for future bookings, tick Use these settings as my default.
  4. Click Done and Condeco will refresh the search results.
