Getting started with the Condeco Outlook add-in

The Condeco Outlook add-in is available for both our Microsoft 365 and Exchange Sync integrations. The features available and the functionality of the add-in vary significantly depending on your integration so always use the appropriate guide for your integration.

Condeco Outlook add-in for Microsoft 365 integrations

The Condeco Microsoft 365 integration is our recommended solution when integrating Condeco and Microsoft 365. Benefit from smart features such as self-healing bookings when moving appointments, smart recurrences, smart alternatives, and attendees and visitors.  

What you need
  • Condeco Cloud with the Microsoft 365 integration.
  • An active user account in Condeco with an email address matching the email address of your Microsoft Outlook mailbox.
  • A supported Microsoft Outlook version running on a compatible web browser.

Condeco Outlook add-in for Exchange Sync

Condeco Outlook add-in for Exchange Sync allows you to search for and book meeting spaces that are subsequently added to your Outlook appointment as Exchange rooms, and then invited to your meeting.

What you need
  • Condeco release December 2018 or later.
  • An active user account in Condeco with an email address matching the email address of your Microsoft Outlook mailbox.
  • Condeco Exchange Sync-enabled rooms (only these rooms are searchable from the add-in).
  • A supported Microsoft Outlook version running on a compatible web browser.
  • If your network restricts access to the internet then you may need to allow the following endpoints through your networking rules: entrf.condeco.cloud
Limitations
  • Available in English only.
  • Availability search for non-recurring meetings only.
