Book a personal space for a colleague or a visitor, from the web app

Open the booking form from either the Book a personal space page or the Booking grid and select the date you want to book for your colleague.
After selecting the date you want to book on the booking form, tick Booking for someone else.

The availability of the option to book for others depends on your organization’s configuration.

Click [Search] to the right of the First name field to open the User Lookup pop-up window. The name and company fields on the left of the booking form are intentionally disabled.
User Lookup: Enter your colleague’s last and/or first name in the relevant box (A) and click Search (B). Select your colleague’s name from the results list (C) and click Select (D).
The User Lookup window closes and your colleague’s name is displayed on the booking form.
If required, tick to be notified by phone or email when the person arrives.
Click Search to find an available personal space for your colleague.
