View and manage external visitors attending meetings and and guests with personal space bookings.
There are three types of visitors in Condeco:
- External visitors attending meetings (added when booking a meeting space).
- External visitors with a personal space booking.
- Walk-in visitors (visitors arriving in the building without a meeting space or personal space booking).
To ensure external visitors attending meetings are listed on Your Visitors page, you must mark them as external visitors on the Attendees tab of the meeting spaces booking form. (External visitors with a personal space booking are not listed on the Your Visitors page and only be viewed by Admins on the Visitor Dashboard).
