Depending on security settings at your facility, it may be necessary to whitelist the IP addresses assigned to the iOFFICE email server to receive notification emails from the application. iOFFICE handles all SMTP traffic using our SMTP servers. IP addresses can be provided for whitelisting, however we follow SPF and DKIM typically preventing this step being needed. Refer to the following list to determine what should be whitelisted to receive iOFFICE email notifications.
From Address: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Hostname: notifications.iofficecorp.com
- Address 1: 188.8.131.52
