Agreements

The following video details an overview of the Asset module's Agreements function. Simply click on the link to view.

The Agreements screen displays the contracts and addenda in the database and allows you to update information. Agreements will only show the level of detail entered into the database. This allows for customized functionality. Locations can enter as much or as little information (beyond the required fields) based on their needs. 

 

In order to access the Agreements screen, perform one of the following methods. 

  1. From the iOffice home screen, click the asset icon (Asset Icon.png).

  2. Click Agreements on the Site Map on the Asset Module desktop.

  1. Click the Asset tile tab on home screen.

  1. Select Agreements.
