Adding Agreements

Whether you click the Edit button or the  icon, a new screen opens. Enter or edit information.

  1. General information – Asset type, name, and start and end date.

  2. Details – Contract vendor, term, first payment date, and contract end notice date.

  3. Files – You can upload soft copies of the agreements for reference. Click Browse to locate the file on your computer and then click Upload File.

  4. Click OK to save information and return to the previous menu. To exit without saving, click Cancel.
