Audit Profiles

If the newly installed asset requires regular meter reads, a profile for meter reads must be added. The Audit Profiles menu determines what information is displayed for devices that require meter reads. To access the Audit Profiles function, click the Audit Profiles tab on the Asset Admin Menu task bar or click the Audit Profiles section on the Asset Admin Menu desktop.

 

All existing audit profiles are displayed, including asset type, profile name, description, and whether they are currently active in the system.

  1. Use the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to change buildings or centers, if your site has multiple locations.

  2. To edit an existing profile, click edit under the Actions menu for that particular profile.

  3. To add a new profile, click add profile in the upper right-hand of the screen.
