Adding / Editing Audit Profiles

Whether adding or editing an audit profile, enter the appropriate information. Required information is indicated by bold fields on the screen.

 

  1. Choose an asset type (copiers, printers, etc.) from the drop-down menu.

           

Note: This applies only for adding new asset profiles; when editing, this option is locked.

 

  1. Enter a name and description for the profile.

  2. Indicate whether the asset type is active using the drop-down menu. Deactivating an asset type does not delete it but only removes it from current use.

  3. Assign fields to display on the manifest. Do this by highlighting fields in the Unassigned box on the left, then click the >> arrow to move them to the Assigned box.

  • You can un-assign fields by highlighting the field in the Assigned box then clicking the << arrow.

  • You can re-arrange the order in which fields display on the manifest by clicking a field to highlight it, then clicking the up or down arrows on the right.

  1. Click OK to save changes and return to the Asset menu. Click Apply to save changes without returning to the Asset menu. Click Cancel to exit without saving changes.

  2. Click Delete to delete an existing asset type. You are discouraged from doing this without first contacting iOffice.
