Asset - Reports

The following video details an overview of the Asset module's Reports function. Simply click on the link to view.

Depending on your administrative permissions, you may be able to run a variety of pre-formatted reports. To run reports, pop-up windows must be enabled on your computer. A brief overview can be found in the video below.

 

There are two ways to access this feature.

  1. From the iOffice home screen, click the Asset icon ().

  2. Click Reports on the site map of the Asset module desktop.

  1. From the iOffice home screen, click the Asset tile.

  2. Click Reports on the site map on the Asset module desktop.

There are three steps to run a report.

  1. Select the report you want by clicking the radio button to the left of the report name.

  2. Depending on the report, you may be asked to enter variable information such as date range (click the calendar icon to select a date or enter the date in MM/DD/YYYY format); center or building name; machine type (copier, fax, printer, etc.); or model name

  3. Quick Date provides commonly run date ranges (Last Month, Year-to-Date).

  4. Click Create Report at the bottom of the screen to run the report.

Note: The report opens in a separate window and can be printed or exported (saved). For reports in an Excel spreadsheet format, you may be prompted to either open or save the document.
