Under the Contacts tab, add one or more vendors or customer contacts.
1. Click the red to remove a contact from the asset.
2. To associate a new contact with that asset, click Add Contact.
3. Type the contact’s name and matching results appear. Click the desired result.
Note: If the contact is not in the database, go to the Vendors section of the Asset Admin module to add a vendor. See Administrative Functions below.
4. Choose a contact type category from the drop-down menu.
5. Click Save to save any changes. Click Cancel to exit without saving changes.
