This section contains an overview of the Copy Module, basic procedures, and provides a general understanding of how to use the module. The Copy Print module allows users to submit any copy job request online regardless of the complexity of the job. As users complete the job ticket, price estimates automatically calculate and a job preview with selections such as print type, binding and finishing options display. Users can attach electronic files to their job ticket and monitor the real-time status of production.

Additionally, critical data such as cost center and department information can be captured for accurate reporting and chargeback. The module can also be used to track the full scope of production including production time, supplies utilized, wastage and clicks produced. A robust report library allows management to monitor timeliness, performance, and cost of the centralized copy center.
