Preferences

The Preferences section allows you to view and/or modify copy module preferences. 

 

Note: You must have administrator privileges to perform any of these options. Due to the size of the Copy Admin Preferences screen, it will be displayed in two separate images below.

This section allows you to edit a wide variety of fields, including:

Field

Description

From Email Address

Allows you to specify the from email address when the Allow Alerts checkbox is enabled.

Email CC's

Allows you to specify who should receive a CC email when the Allow Alerts checkbox is enabled. 

Job Submission Header

Allows you to customize the Job Submission Header.

Job Submission Footer

Allows you to customize the Job Submission Footer.

Job Completion Footer

Allows you to customize the Job Completion Footer.

Job Approval Requested Header

Allows you to customize the Job Approval Requested Header.

Job Approval Requested Footer

Allows you to customize the Job Approval Requested Footer.

Job Approved Header

Allows you to customize the Job Approved Header.

Job Approved Footer

Allows you to customize the Job Approved Footer.

Job Rejected Header

Allows you to customize the Job Rejected Header.

Job Rejected Footer

Allows you to customize the Job Rejected Footer.

 

The following checkboxes are able to be edited:

Allow Alerts

Allow copy center email alerts

Allow Diff. Bill To

Allow users to specify a different bill to person when submitting a new job.

Allow Diff. Deliver To

Allows users to specify a different delivery to person when submitting a job.

Allow Job Deletion

Allow operators to delete copy center jobs.

Show Pricing

Show job item pricing when submitting new jobs. 

 

Note: Prices are always available to operators and administrators.

Allow Price Overrides

Allow administrators to override job pricing for the selected job.

Allow Job Transfers

Allow operators to specify a different center for completion of the copy job.

Allow Auto Transfer

Allow copy jobs to automatically transfer to the selected center for completion.

Allow Mailroom Delivery

Allow mail room to deliver copy orders to the clients

Enable Local File Repository

Forces all client files to be uploaded through a local file repository separate from iOffice Connect.

 

Note: Do not modify without discussing with iOffice.

Require Client Agreement

Requires client to agree to specified terms and conditions before entering a job.

Require Approval

Forces anyone submitting a copy ticket to select an approver from the directory.

Allow Previous Attachments

Allow users to reuse previously attached files for new copy tickets. 

Copy Machines

Add copy machine. You can add or remove copy machines assigned to a specific center. 

 

Updating Preferences

In order to update your preferences, perform the following steps:

 

  1. You can select/deselect or edit the email addresses or header/footer fields.

  2. You can select or deselect any of the available checkboxes.

  3. In order to change your Copy Delivery Types, select it from the available drop-down selection.

  4. In order to change the Delivery From field, select it from the available drop-down selection.

  5. In order to change the Mail Centers field, select it from the available drop-down selection.

  6. In order to change the Mail Couriers field, select it from the available drop-down selection.

  7. Once you have made the appropriate changes to your preferences, click the Update button.  

 

Note: Any of these steps are optional depending on what changes you want to make to your Copy preferences.
