File Room - Reports

Depending on your administrative permissions, you may be able to run a variety of pre-formatted reports. To run reports from IOFFICE Solution, pop-up windows must be enabled on your computer. Some security settings will disable pop-up windows. Work with your manager or IT department if you are uncertain how to enable pop-up windows on your computer.

 

There are two ways to access the Reports function: 

  1. Click the Reports link at the File Room Module side navigation bar.

  2. Click the Reports icon from the Desktop page of the File Room module on the main screen.

 

Running Reports

There are three steps to run a report.

  1. Select the report you want by clicking the radio button to the left of the report name.

  2. Depending on the report, you may be asked to enter variable information such as:

    • Date range – Click the calendar icon to select a date.

    • Quick Date provides commonly run date ranges such as Last Month or Year-to-Date.

    • Status Name

    • User Name

  3. Click the Create Report button to run the report.

  1. The report opens in a new window and can be printed or exported (saved) by clicking the appropriate buttons.
