The manifest is a list of files that are to be delivered or picked up from end users. This function can only be viewed by operations employees.

There are two ways to access the Manifest function: 

  1. Click the Manifest link at the File Room Module side navigation bar.

  2. Click the Manifest icon from the Desktop page of the File Room module on the main screen.


The File List screen will open.

  1. Search for files. Select a field from the drop-down menu and enter a value to search for. Click the plus or minus icon to add or remove search fields.


There are two search types:

  • Multiple File Search – Search for multiple files with the same criteria.

  • Filter Search – Search for a specific file by multiple criteria if the name is unknown.

  1. Click Search.

  2. A list of files will appear that meet the search criteria. The file status will appear under the Current Status column.

  3. To mark the file as delivered, removing it from the manifest, select the box to the left of the file number.

  4. Click the Mark Delivered button.
