One option available at some sites is the use of a file room kiosk with signature capture. Use of the signature capture feature requires a signature pad and software setup through iOFFICE. This feature is only available via the Kiosk mode.
Note: For signature capture with file delivery, the Mail Module must be activated. Please contact iOFFICE for details.
When checking out files, users follow a 4-step process:
Scan the file’s barcode.
Enter the username of the person checking out/accepting the file.
Sign on the signature pad.
Click the Check Out button.
