Inventory Items

The Inventory Items section allows you to manage and configure your inventory and stock.  

 

In order to access the Inventory Items section, select Inventory>Inventory Items from the taskbar. The Inventory Items screen opens.

Adding Inventory Items

  1. In order to add inventory items, select the add item link at the top-right of the Inventory Items screen. The Add Inventory screen opens.

  1. Once you have entered the information about your new inventory item, select the OK button. If you would prefer to not add a new inventory item, select the Cancel button. 

Adjusting Inventory

  1. If you need to adjust the amount of inventory you have for a specific item, select the adjust link to the right of your item in the Inventory Items screen. The Inventory Adjustments screen opens.

  1. Once you have entered the updated quantity and the reason for adjustment, click the Save button. If you do not want to save your changes, click the Cancel button. 

Editing Inventory Items

  1. If you would like to edit an inventory item, select the edit link to the right of the selected inventory item. The Edit Inventory Items screen opens.

  1. Enter your updated information for your inventory item and click the OK button. Your inventory item changes are complete. 

 

Note: If you want to delete the inventory item, select the Delete button. In order to not make any changes to your inventory item, click the Cancel button.
