Mail Delivery Pickup

The Mail Delivery Pickup section allows the Mail Center to capture a signature of receipt if a customer comes to the Mail Center to pick up a package.

 

Note: This is an optional feature and especially useful for mail centers that do not deliver packages. Follow this process when a customer arrives at the mail center. 

 

  1. Click the Mail Delivery Pickup tab in the taskbar. 

  2. Select the appropriate Mail Center from the drop-down menu (if your site has multiple locations).

  3. Find the package by entering the recipient's name or the package tracking number and then clicking the Add button.

  4. Matching packages display. Click Remove if you select an incorrect package or change your mind about closing it. 

  5. Click Activate Pad. This will allow the recipient to sign a signature pad (Topaz Systems Signature Pad).


Note: If you do not have a signature pad, you will need to go to the Receiving Manifest and close the package by following the Record Different Date/Time for Each Package.

 

  • You can search by name or tracking number by entering the appropriate information in the respective tabs and select the Add button. If your mobile device is configured, you can sign for packages by clicking the Activate Pad button.

  • If you would prefer to submit without a signature, click the Submit without Signature button.
