Move - Administrative Functions

To make administrative changes in iOffice, you need to have appropriate permissions. To access the Admin Move Module Functions:

  1. Click the Admin Icon.

  2. Select Move on the task bar. The Move Administrative Functions Module screen opens.

        OR

  1. Select the Admin tile on the iOffice Desktop.

  2. Select Move. The Move Administrative Functions Module screen opens.

Administrative Categories


Configure – Configure the Request Types, Fields, Tasks, and Statuses.

Preferences – View and/or modify module preferences.

 

Details for each section are on the following pages. Note that for sites with multiple centers, you need to select the appropriate center name from the drop-down menu for each of these administrative categories.
