Search History

The following video provides an overview of the Search History function. Simply click on the link to view.

 

Move - Search History.swf

 

Explains what the feature is or what its benefits are to the user or customer. Completed moves go to the archive. Go to the Search History function to search for archived moves.

 

There are two ways to access this function.

  1. Select the Move tile on the iOffice Desktop.

  2. Select Request Calendar

        The History Search screen opens.

Search results appear in a list format.

  • To view details, click the View button under the Actions column. A report opens that allows you to print or export (save) the request information.
