Service Request - Administrative Functions

The Use the following procedure to access the administrative functions of the Service Request module.

  1. Click on the Admin button in the Sidebar menu.
     

  2. Select the Service Request option. The Service Request Admin submenu displays.

  3. Select an option for the list of available administrative options. The selected screen displays where you can adjust settings for the Service Request module as needed. For locations with multiple centers, confirm the appropriate center is selected in the drop-down menu in the upper-right portion of the screen before making adjustments.

    Note: To make administrative changes in iOFFICE, you need to have administrative rights assigned. If you feel you should have access to administrative options, speak with your manager.
