Service Request - Administrative Functions

To make administrative changes in iOffice, you need to have appropriate permissions. If you feel you should have these permissions, speak with your manager.

 

To access the Admin Service Request Functions:

  1. Click the Admin tab in the task bar.

  2. Then click the Service Request tab. The Admin options for the Service Request module appear.
