Products are the individual categories of requests – Lighting/Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC that populate the larger Product Categories.


  1. Select the appropriate service center from the drop-down menu.

  2. To add a product, click the Add Product link.

  3. To search for a product, use the search function.

  4. Change the order in which the products appear in the drop-down menu by selecting Sort Order. The sort order is by product category, so restarts at 1 with each new category. You can also alphabetize the lists by choosing A-Z from the Sort Order drop down.

  5. To edit an existing product, click Edit under the Actions column. To remove a product, click Remove under the Actions column.
