Request Types

Request Types are the individual detailed requests that fit into a product. For example, if the Product is HVAC the Request Types may include things such as Too hot, Too cold, and AC leak. Request Types are grouped by product names.


  1. Select the appropriate service center using the drop-down menu.

  2. To search for a request, use the search feature at the top of the page.

  3. To add a request, click the green Add Icon.png icon at the bottom of the page.

  4. Change the order in which the requests appear in drop-down menus by changing the sort order. You can also alphabetize the lists by choosing A-Z from the Sort Order drop-down menu.

  5. To edit a request type, click the edit link under the Actions column.
