Running Reports

There are three steps to run a report.

  1. Click the radio button to the left of the desired report name.

  2. Depending on the report, you may be asked to enter variable information such as:

          - Date range (click the calendar icon to select a date or enter the date in MM/DD/YYYY format)

          - Center or building name

          - Services tasks

          - Quick Dates are common date ranges such as Last Month or Year-to-Date

  1. Click the Create Report button to run the report.

Note: The report opens in a separate window and can be printed or exported (saved). For reports that appear in a spreadsheet format, you may be prompted to either open or save the document.
