Reports

If you would like to run a report based on your Space Module criteria, perform the following steps. 

 

Note: To run reports from the iOffice Space Planning module, pop-up windows must be enabled on your computer. Some security settings will disable pop-up windows.

 

  1. Click the Reports tab on the task bar.

  1. Select the report you want by clicking the radio button to the left of the report name.

  2. Depending on the report, you may be asked to enter variable information such as the Center Name and building or floor number.

  3. Click Create Report at the bottom of the screen to run the report.

The report opens in a separate window and can be printed or exported by clicking on the appropriate buttons. For reports that appear in an Excel spreadsheet format, you may be prompted to either open or save the document.
