Whether you click the Edit button or the icon, a new screen opens. Enter or edit information.
General information – Agreements type, name, and start and end date. The agreement types are defined under the Types tab, described below.
Details – Site cost center, primary use, important dates, square footage, etc.
Files – You can upload soft copies of the agreements for reference. Click Choose File to locate the file on your computer and then click Upload File.
Click OK to save information and return to the previous menu. To exit without saving, click Cancel.
