Space Administrator

The Space Administrator allows you to edit details of buildings and floors that are managed using the Space Planning module. Note that most of the work in Space Administrator is done during initial site configuration.

 

Note: Only experienced personnel should make changes, especially when it comes to the deletion of information

 

  1. The left-hand column shows all the buildings and, if you click a building, each floor in the building. If you click a building or a floor, the right-hand portion of the screen will show detail about that building or floor.

  2. Add another building by clicking the  icon at the bottom of the list.

  3. Hovering your mouse over some items will provide more information in a pop-up window:

    • Under the Centers column, you can view all of the centers assigned to a building or a floor.

    • Under the Address column, you can view the location of the building on a map.

  4. For each building, you can remove the building, list the floors in that building, or edit information for the building by clicking the appropriate button under the Actions column.

  5. Click Save to save changes and exit. Click Cancel to exit without saving.
